Ao Dai is a Vietnamese traditional dress. It flatters all types of bodies since each one is custom made. The color usually denotes the woman's status and age. Pure white is worn by young girls to symbolize their purity. Unmarried women wear soft pastels while married women wear strong bold colors sometimes over black pants. Higher class women often wear purple. The earliest versions of Ao dai dates back to 1744, but today's version did not emerged until 1930. I think that it is a very sexy, classy and elegant dress.
